Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, presenting our products or services, and driving sales to meet or exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate leads, sell products or services, and follow up on previous interactions.
2. Customer Engagement: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products or services to effectively communicate their benefits and value to customers.
3. Sales Targets: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication, active listening, and personalized service.
4. Data Management: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas set by the company.
5. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including activity logs, lead status updates, and sales performance metrics.
6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales team members and departments to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
1. Experience: Proven experience in a telesales or telemarketing role is preferred.
2. Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and confident demeanor. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
3. Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
4. Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
5. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, call management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Working Conditions:
1. Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM
