Are you an AI/ML Engineer passionate about GenAI? Join our KnetMiner team to drive the development of a gene discovery platform that integrates knowledge graphs with large language models (LLMs) to advance genomics and genetics research.
In this role, you will develop GenAI functionalities to enrich knowledge graphs with new relationships and generate scientific narratives from complex biological data. Working directly with the founding team, your contributions will empower researchers worldwide, enabling novel discoveries in genomics through enriched insights and AI-driven scientific reports.
Key Skills & Knowledge:
Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, LangChain).
Background in LLMs, natural language processing (NLP), and retrieval-augmented generation.
Familiarity with knowledge graphs, especially Neo4j and Cypher.
Experience with feature and prompt engineering for LLM-based applications.
