We are seeking a motivated Independent Living Team Leader to join our team, bringing both leadership skills and housing management expertise.
As the Independent Living Team Leader, you will oversee the daily operations of sheltered housing schemes, ensuring high-quality service delivery and fostering a supportive living environment for residents. You will lead a team, providing guidance, support, and direction, while ensuring compliance with housing management policies and procedures. This role requires a proactive and empathetic individual who can balance resident wellbeing with operational efficiency.
