A Leading design and installations provider requires an Admin support to their growing team. Supporting a team of project managers, service and purchasing teams with all daily administrative tasks
1. Answering in bound calls from customers, taking new jobs and logging onto the system
2. Creating job packs detailing products to be installed, addresses and risk assessments
3. Booking in courier deliveries and hire equipment for jobs
4. Healthy & Safety – keeping paperwork up to date
5. Booking in vehicles for repairs / servicing
6. Assist the Operations & Procurement teams with any administrative tasks
7. Use of Stock Management Software
8. Any additional ad hoc duties that may be required
Desirables:
9. Ability to work as part of team
10. Administration experience
11. Good customer service manner
12. Self-motivated, with bags of initiative
