Behaviour Support Assistant Location: Angmering Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM Contract: Full-Time, Monday – Friday About the Role Teaching Personnel is currently working with a primary school in Angmering seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to work with children in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. The ideal candidate will be a passionate, creative, and enthusiastic individual with experience in supporting children with challenging behaviours. Key Responsibilities Provide support for pupils, ensuring their safety and access to learning activities. Establish trusted relationships with pupils and work with them based on their individual needs. Promote the inclusion of all pupils in the classroom. Encourage pupils to engage in classroom learning and interact with their peers. Foster self-confidence in pupils and set individual, tailored goals and challenges. Requirements To be considered for this role, you must have: Experience in youth work or working with challenging behaviours and/or SEMH needs.
