Retail Supervisor
In order to fully support the growth we have planned we need to recruit a Retail Supervisor to support the Store Management team in overseeing the daily operations of the store. Demonstrate passion and drive in motivating a team of Retail Sales Advisors to achieve sales targets and KPIs by providing first-class customer service. Maintain high standards of presentation and health and safety compliance to create the best possible experience for every visitor. In this role you will have an opportunity to gain a wider commercial awareness and understanding around how Nisbets operates and delivers market leading products all over the world. What will I be doing as a Retail Supervisor?
1. Responsible for Opening and Closing of the store in a manager’s absence.
2. Responsible for daily floor plan, right people in, the right place at the right time, doing the right things to drive results.
3. Acts as a role model to the team, demonstrates excellent end to end customer service and motivates the team to do the same.
4. Plans and executes motivational, inspirational, informative team briefs throughout each day.
5. Understand KPIs and how they are used to drive Store results.
6. Takes ownership of contributing to store sales targets and KPIs including Revenue, Margin, Conversion, Footfall, Quotes and ATV to maximize profitability of the store.
7. Take a leading role with Store Outreach by ensuring activities and resources are incorporated into the daily plan. Demonstrates best practice to the team during phone calls and visits.
8. Identify Revenue potential within local area including Regular and New Business opportunities.
9. Partake in general shop floor duties, including stock replenishment and processing deliveries. Including but not limited to housekeeping, stock replenishment and processing deliveries.
10. Ensure the Store consistently exceeds visual merchandising standards including promotional areas to meet compliance.
11. Accurately complete stock auditing processes in line with company compliance.
12. Ensure the team process customer payment transactions in line with policy.
13. Ensure end of day reconciliation is completed in full while ensuring discrepancies are investigated and reported in line with policy.
14. Daily floor walk document completed to ensure Store standards are consistently met and the Team understand the importance.
15. Conduct weekly role play scenarios to develop the team's skills in areas such as sales, conflict resolution, and outreach.
16. Adhere to daily operating checklist, delegating and following up with the team to ensure the smooth running of the Store.
17. Treat all visitors to the store with respect and consideration using training provided to assess and approach difficult situations with the aim of a positive solution.

18. Competitive base salary £27,
19. Performance related bonus paid quarterly onto your annual salary (pro rata for part time)
