We are seeking passionate, committed individuals to join our DYS (Department of Youth Services) Secure Treatment Program. This program provides a structured, therapeutic environment for youth who require secure care.

You will play a vital role in the day-to-day care and supervision of youth. You will work closely with a team of professionals to create a safe, supportive environment that fosters personal growth and positive behavioral change. The ideal candidate will build positive, trusting relationships with youth, grounded in mutual respect, and be skilled in using de-escalation techniques and crisis management strategies when needed. You will assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans that guide youth toward personal growth and healthier decision-making.

That's why we provide full training for all new DSPs, ensuring you have all the tools, knowledge, and confidence needed to excel in this position. * Must have a High School Diploma, be at least 21 years old. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
Shifts:
* Day shifts available: 7:00am – 3:00pm
* Evening shifts available: 3:00pm – 11:00pm
* Night Awake shifts available: 11:00pm- 8:00am

$2,500 Sign-On Incentive:
This position is eligible for the RFK Community Alliance Sign-On Incentive in the amount of $2,500 in your first year of employment. You will receive $500 after 3 months; $500 after 6 months; $1,500 after 12 months.
