As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers and clients seeking to obtain information about their orders and any other queries or concerns. Your primary duties include answering customer inquiries via telephone and email.
Day To Day Duties Include But Are Not Exhaustive:
1. Manage the customer service inbox and ensure all customers receive a correct response within the SLA.
2. Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
3. Answer telephone queries from our clients.
4. Keep senior management up to date on trends and issues that our clients may be reporting to us.
5. Place orders for clients.
6. Process exchanges, refunds, and any faulty items.
7. Work closely with the Operations & Warehouse manager to keep up to date with any communications for our clients.
8. Ensure our clients are kept up to date about their orders at all times.
Skills:
1. Experience in customer service (minimum 1 year).
2. Excellent telephone manner.
3. Microsoft Office skills.
4. Excellent written communication skills.
5. Organized with excellent time management skills.
