Key skills and attributes:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Adaptability to work in teams of varying sizes and compositions
* Collaborative mindset, thriving in multi-disciplinary environments
* Proficiency in influencing and stakeholder management
* Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
* Enthusiasm for emerging technologies and industry trends
* Experience in using requirements management tools such as DOORS or DOORS NG.
* Experience of MBSE techniques, tools (such as Cameo System Modeler, Rhapsody or Capella) and frameworks (such as Magic Grid, Harmony, Arcadia, CESAM, OOSEM, SYSMOD or CORE)
* Experience in using Model Based Design tools such as Matlab and Simulink.
* Knowledge of Hazard identification, assessment and management techniques e.g. HAZOP, FMEA, FTA, Event Tree Analysis, Hazard Logs.
