As our Head of Global B2B Partnerships, you will play a key role in driving and expanding our global partnership ecosystem for our B2B business and ensuring the B2B partnerships are delivering on the B2B global strategy. Your work will be central to achieving our strategic objectives, fostering growth, and delivering enhanced customer value through high-impact B2B partnerships worldwide. You will lead efforts to innovate and scale our partnerships across diverse global markets, working closely with our product teams, commercial organizations, and regional stakeholders to identify new opportunities, manage key relationships, and negotiate new partnerships. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified go-to-market strategy, driving business development and partnership growth on a global scale. This is both an operational and strategic role, offering the opportunity to shape and implement the global partnerships strategy for EasyPark to deliver innovative mobility solutions for businesses. You will work closely with product, legal, finance, sales, and marketing teams to ensure that our global partnerships align with both short- and long-term business goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead Global Partnership Development : Own the negotiation, execution, and management of B2B partnerships across key global markets, with a focus on fleet management and connected services. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams—product, legal, finance, sales, and marketing—to roll out new partnership initiatives, ensuring they align with the company's broader commercial and strategic goals. Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with both external partners and internal stakeholders across various regions and functions. Create scalable operational routines to define and monitor SLAs and KPIs with key partners. Strategic Insights and Market Intelligence : Use market data, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform and continuously refine the global partnerships strategy. What You'll Bring: Proven Experience : At least 5 years of experience in global partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, with a focus on B2B partnerships. Experience in payments, connected services, fleet management, or technology partnerships is a plus. Global Perspective : Experience in managing partnerships at a global scale, with the ability to navigate different local markets and business environments. Strong Negotiation Skills : A demonstrated ability to negotiate complex partnerships and contracts with diverse stakeholders. Innovative Mindset : Passion for technology and digital innovation, with a strong track record in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. Exceptional Communication and Stakeholder Management : Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization and across regions. Languages : Fluency in English is essential. Additional language skills, particularly in European languages (e.g., Norwegian, Swedish, German, or French), are a plus.
