My client is a regional contractor that has been delivering refurbishments across the northwest for the last 28 years, working within the public sector on projects in healthcare, education, and leisure. They have excellent relationships with clients within their sectors that result in a lot of repeat business.
They require a Site Manager to assist in excellent project delivery. The Site Manager will have a background in refurbishments, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects from inception through to the final handover stages. Project values range from £250k up to around £5 million. You will have the ability to lead and drive a project forward, ideally with some experience working for the NHS.
The projects they deliver affect the communities around them, making high-quality delivery of utmost importance. They seek Site Managers who take pride in their projects and possess the capabilities to communicate effectively with clients throughout the project.
As a business, they have experienced profit growth over the last 12 months, putting them in a safe and secure position. They want to speak with Site Managers who have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the industry, having worked in similar refurbishment markets with another reputable regional contractor. As a Site Manager, it is imperative that all projects adhere to the highest health and safety standards.
Minimum Requirements:
1. SMSTS
2. CSCS
3. First Aid
4. Asbestos awareness certificate
They can offer Site Managers job security, with an order book full for 2025. The business retains its staff well, with most of the team having been with the company for over 10 years.
