A Technical Account Manager who will work ensure the long-term success of our customers, by providing direct support to the UK Sales Manager of Rail. Responsible for developing and sustaining long-term relationships with assigned customers. Develop a sales pipeline, identifying customers’ future energy needs and projects, producing accurate quotes, upselling the client’s premium brand and successfully closing the deal. Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams both in the UK and in Germany to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products and solutions according to customer needs.
As a Technical Account Manager, you will be on a salary of up to £50000 per year, company car and health insurance, and will be a standard working week Monday to Friday.
Requirements of a Technical Account Manager:
Support the UK Sales Manager-RAIL in the role of technical advisor as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to customers and to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Alongside the UK Sales Manager-RAIL develop and manage a pipeline of future projects, sales enquiries and provide written and verbal quotations in line with the pricing guide and other relevant sources. ...
