You will have excellent clinical knowledge, organisational skills, and a sound foundation in people management. You will have the skills to navigate multi-disciplinary approaches and lead on outcomes for an exemplary service user experience. About the role As a key leader in our team, you will: Inspire and Manage : Lead and supervise a team of practitioners, including senior therapy practitioners, to deliver a high-quality and effective service. Drive Excellence : Oversee data management, performance monitoring, and quality assurance processes to ensure exceptional service delivery aligned with key performance indicators. Shape the Future : Collaborate with Principal Occupational Therapists on the strategic development of our service and contribute to the wider Adult Social Care agenda for continuous improvement.
