The Stores Coordinator plays an important role in delivering a quality housing repairs service. It is key in supporting the Supervisor and wider operational team deliver key priorities for the business and our customers. What’s involved? Support the Stores Supervisor and team, working to deadlines to ensure the coordination of timely deliveries, that meet the needs of operational teams and Technical Services priorities. Deal with requests and ad hoc enquiries working with all operational teams to give support, resolutions and guidance with a right first-time approach. Coordinate the allocation and delivery of work across the team to ensure priorities and deadlines are met, including the planning and completion of routine stock takes. Ensure accurate quality and quantity of stock control, including the processing of stock orders ensuring timely stock replenishment. Assist the Stores Supervisor in maintaining and supplying accurate management information relating to the operational and financial performance of the team and monitoring of supplier performance Analyse data and work with the Stores Supervisor and Stakeholders to review and improve processes Attend operational meetings as required Support the team by completing general Stores duties as required.
