As a Locality Assistant Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and organizational support to ensure smooth operations.This includes managing general receptionist and secretarial duties, such as answering calls, handling inquiries, and coordinating communications, including internal and external correspondence.You'll assist managers by relaying issues and maintaining accurate databases for stationery, training, and audits, while also liaising with leads to monitor medical alerts and ensure prompt action.Additionally, you will support rota planning, manage petty cash and invoices, and prepare daily updates on completed tasks and outstanding concerns. You'll contribute to upholding quality standards and clinical governance by ensuring all staff complete mandatory training, employment checks, and comply with organizational policies.Collaborating with the operations team, you will monitor contracts, address feedback, and implement changes to maintain high patient care standards.You’ll also facilitate continuity of care with local providers, maintain compliance with service level agreements, and assist in financial processes like timesheet approvals and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Additionally, you will foster a collaborative and learning-focused environment by supporting workforce planning, participating in reviews, and driving improvements.Your role will involve promoting equality, diversity, and organizational development while ensuring adherence to service goals and policies.
