Job Title: Project Manager, Customer Operations Location: Ideally Telford Mission: Schneider Electric has an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our team as a Project Manager where your role will be to lead and deliver various sized projects. This role will report within our PMO (Project Management Office) and will ideally be based in our Telford office. You work well with teams and stakeholders, can successfully drive change across a business, always have the customer in mind and will be responsible to deliver key projects that enable and evolve our business forward. Projects and portfolios scope may cover global, regional and country level. Key Responsibilities: Prioritise projects within the PMO against a given set of criteria Lead & manage the project from initiation phase through to project close and handover to end user Develop and implement a management plan for the project Leading and motivate the project delivery team Manage the risks and associated mitigation plans, issues and changes on the project Monitor progress against plan, and take appropriate action if required Managing the project budget and key performance indicators Responsible for arranging all key decision gate reviews in line with the SE project delivery framework Animate all project communications with the team, stakeholders, sponsor and project Steering Committee Manage the interface between Schneider Electric Digital organisation, 3rd party developers and the project team Assumes ownership of the coordination of resources, both within the PMO and wider business to ensure a successful project deployment Manage the relationship with all stakeholders Skills and Attributes: Mastery of project management and other software tools (MS Excel, MS Project, Teams) You have an engineering, project management or related degree (Prince2, MSP or other project management accreditation would be beneficial) You have around 3 - 5 years of project management experience and be able to demonstrate a strong track record in delivering technical or complex change management projects (SAP, SalesForce.com, etc would be beneficial) Comfortable and experienced in utilising either waterfall and/or agile project management methodologies You have excellent communication skills and be able to influence your key stakeholders At Schneider Electric, Diversity & Inclusion is at the heart of our organisation, it's an integral part of our history, culture, and identity.
