Coordinator

Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused administrator to provide vital support in a warehousing and distribution center. This role includes a range of clerical and coordination tasks to ensure the smooth delivery of GNFR (Goods Not For Resale) fixtures for our clients’ 600-store estate. You will oversee the process from goods receipt to dispatch, supporting over 200 projects annually.
Key Responsibilities:
* Entering client orders into our specialized warehouse management system.
* Cross-referencing data sets and identifying and reporting discrepancies.
* Creating presentations and compiling client documentation.
* Managing inboxes in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone and email.
* Entering client demand requirements.
* Coordinating HGV transport, including vehicle selection and cost management.
* Preparing and issuing dispatch paperwork.
* Uploading supplier delivery manifests.
* Raising purchase orders and approving invoices.
* Generating reports and performing data analysis.
* Collaborating with internal departments.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Experience in order entry and data management.
* Ability to cross-reference data and identify issues.
* Proficiency in creating presentations and handling documentation.
* Experience in managing email communications and resolving customer queries.
* Knowledge of transportation booking and logistics management.
* Competence in generating reports and analyzing data.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
