They are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Service & Sales Advisor to join their fast-paced Call Centre team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with both inbound and outbound teams, assisting customers and driving sales while ensuring excellent service. The ideal candidate will thrive in a target-driven environment and demonstrate exceptional communication skills. Please note this role will include weekend working with days off in Lieu. Key responsibilities include: - Inbound: Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide top-tier customer service Complete customer orders accurately and efficiently Resolve case work, including complaints and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction Provide detailed product information to customers and assist with any questions Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions Outbound Reach out to a high volume of warm leads to convert them into scheduled appointments (no cold calling) Engage with potential customers to upsell and cross-sell products and services Generate accurate quotations for customers and follow up on potential leads Assist in retaining customers by discussing the benefits and value of our products, ensuring long-term satisfaction Experience required: Previous experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in a call centre environment Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with customers Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets Excellent problem-solving abilities and a positive, professional attitude Ability to work efficiently in both inbound and outbound settings Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities If you are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you
