What you’ll do Own the strategic development of Costa Club globally, ensuring continued membership growth, engagement and improving marketing ROI through increasingly personalised offers, best in class CRM programmes and Club proposition development and Club design aligned to core brand. Accelerate the growth of the UK Costa Club by driving innovation via new technologies to enhance communications and experiences, delivering personalised 1:1 omni-channel engagement. Expand reach to a broader consumer base across multiple channels with greater relevance, driving deeper connections. Develop and own the partnership strategy for Costa Club. Establish and drive CRM and consumer audience thinking into the UK Marketing team, partnering with the Global Head of Consumer Data and UK Marketing Director to support the Marketing planning and campaign execution teams. Lead the business requirements for CRM platform, systems and technology development. Provide a competitive advantage and thought leadership to Costa’s global customer network of franchise partners and TCCC bottlers. Support markets to develop consumer engagement solutions beyond loyalty schemes with a focus on continuous growth in consumer value via acquisition, engagement and retention workstreams. Ownership of the global loyalty operating model/playbooks, digital & data agreements, and defining and optimising ways of working across markets, platforms and customers that efficiently delivers against different internal and external objectives. Create the strategic framework for benchmarking, measuring and reporting best-in-class consumer engagement, ensuring consistency across key markets. Contribute significantly to Net Sales Revenue (NSR) growth and Operating Income (OI) through global loyalty programmes, extracting value from the millions of Costa Club members globally.
