Passionate EYFS Level 3 Teaching Assistant Wanted!

Key Responsibilities
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS curriculum
Provide one-to-one and small group support, ensuring each child’s unique learning needs are met
Help set up and maintain an exciting and safe indoor & outdoor environment that encourages exploration and discovery
Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development, fostering their confidence and independence
Prepare fun and stimulating resources to enhance children's learning experiences
Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and staff, sharing insights into children’s progress and well-being
Be an active member of a collaborative and supportive team
✅ What We’re Looking For
Level 3 Qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (required)
Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting (preferred)
❤️ A genuine passion for supporting children’s development and helping them reach their full potential
Ability to work 5 days a week in a full-time role
️ Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude
