Position Overview:
The Partner Account Manager will be responsible for selling partner accommodations, increasing revenue through partnerships, identifying new sales opportunities, and developing joint business plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a portfolio of partners, development, and growth.
* Developing and executing partner-specific sales strategies and plans.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners to drive revenue growth.
* Coordinating with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to support partner sales initiatives.
* Tracking and analyzing partner sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and optimizing strategies accordingly.
* Create a sales pipeline and close new corporate accounts through proactive outreach to prospective clients utilizing a combination of email campaigns, networking, and market research.
* Communicate value proposition to clients that speaks intimately to their needs and requirements.
* Cultivate and build strong business relationships with key corporate decision-makers (HR, Procurement, Travel Managers, Global Mobility, Office Managers).
* Networking in local associations, organizations for Corporate Housing, and Business Travel.
* Identify new clients, sales opportunities, and close deals.
* Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics.
* Monitor competitors.
Requirements:
* Experience in an outbound sales role.
* Excellent negotiation skills and account management.
* Persuasive communicator.
* Ability to create relationships with corporate decision-makers.
* Exceptional prioritization and organization skills and the ability to multi-task competing priorities.
* Advanced English level.
