This is a specialist school providing education for students with social, emotional, and mental health needs, and they are committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual student needs. Assist students with their academic, social, and emotional development. Help create a positive and stimulating learning environment. Work collaboratively with staff to implement individualised education plans (IEPs). Supervise students during breaks and assist with extracurricular activities. Qualifications: A passion for working with children and young people. Experience in a school or similar setting is desirable but not essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
