Our client is looking for a dedicated Sales Advisor to join their team in Cirencester. This role will focus on retaining existing clients and upgrading their services by delivering exceptional customer care and expert service knowledge, all while ensuring full FCA compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Retain existing business and identify opportunities to upgrade client services with suitable solutions.
2. Provide tailored service advice that meets clients' evolving needs.
3. Handle inquiries related to renewals, claims, adjustments, and service upgrades.
4. Work closely with insurers and underwriters to secure competitive service packages for clients.
5. Deliver excellent customer care by addressing debt queries and resolving complaints.
6. Ensure all business activities comply with FCA regulations.
7. Build strong relationships by attending client and underwriter meetings.

1. Consistently meet retention and service upgrade targets while maintaining FCA compliance.
