What You'll Be Doing: Making outbound calls informing people of their entitlement. Building trust and explaining the intestacy process in a clear, compassionate way. Guiding clients through signing and returning essential documents. Using our bespoke Salesforce CRM to track and manage client interactions. Overcoming objections and handling complex conversations with confidence.
