What You Can Expect Location - Farnborough (Can be fully remote) Salary - £60,000 Work type - Permanent Main Responsibilities as a Service Manager Service Integration : Develop and execute strategies to integrate IT services across internal teams and external providers for seamless service delivery. Service Management : Oversee service delivery, service desk, and customer operations teams to ensure IT services meet agreed standards and SLAs. Customer Relationship Management : Act as the primary point of contact for IT service-related interactions, leading monthly service review meetings to discuss performance, improvements, and feedback. Continuous Improvement : Drive service enhancements by leveraging customer feedback, performance analysis, and industry best practices. Stakeholder Management : Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers to align IT services with business needs. Vendor Management : Maintain and oversee relationships with external service providers to ensure compliance with contractual and service-level agreements. Risk Management : Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks related to service integration and delivery. Experience, Skills, and Qualifications Professional Certifications in ITIL v3 or ideally v4 Project management certification (Prince2, Agile) - nice to have but not essential SIAM certifications - nice to have but not essential 4 years of experience as a Service Manager Worked on wireless projects in the construction industry - nice to have but not essential.
