We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join us as a full-time HR Coordinator in our Milton Keynes office. We are looking for a driven individual to support the HR Manager and wider global HR team with delivering HR support, primarily focused on the Europe offices. The successful applicant will have a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills and is an enthusiastic and highly capable team player. The role includes but is not limited to: Administration HR administration including; drafting, filing and archiving Benefits administration including enrolling staff into the benefits scheme and responding to benefits-related queries Employee onboarding including supporting the recruitment and selection process, carrying out pre-employment checks, preparing offer letters, employment contracts and setting up new hires in HRMS systems. Employee offboarding including final pay calculations, preparing letters and administering exit surveys. Absence management reporting for leadership Preparing standard employment letters (e.g. changes to terms and conditions of employment, maternity, resignation, sick pay etc.) HR monitoring (e.g. fixed term contracts, probationary periods, temporary contractual changes, secondments) Keeping policies and employee handbook updated in line with employment law changes. Liaising closely with payroll team providing them with all information relating to changes in terms including for; starters, leavers, maternity, paternity and absences. Supporting in the preparation of the monthly payroll for the staff in Europe. Supporting the processing of statutory processes including maternity, paternity, statutory sick pay Pensions administration including processing contributions Timesheet administration and support Assisting employees with pay-related queries. Payroll Support We are currently accepting applications from candidates with the following qualifications, skills and experience: Minimum completion of secondary education (e.g. minimum of 5 GCSE’s or equivalent including Maths and English) Previous HR experience as an senior administrator or coordinator Understanding of payroll processes and procedures, including current terms of service, statutory payments and pensions High level of organizational skills and the ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks. Flexibility to meet the needs of the team and business Resilient and remain agile to a varying environment Ability to take instructions well and work as part of a team, but also able to work independently.
