1. Manage all performance management activities
2. Monitor and act upon performance metrics against site and individuals
3. Actively look for performance-based improvements for their site
4. Conduct all HR and workforce-related administration
5. Monitor compliance to internal processes and procedures
6. Adherence to KPIs and analytics reports
7. Manage escalated issues
Requirements:
