A well-established organization based in the Lewes area is looking to recruit a full-time in-office HR Advisor on a permanent basis.
Job Description
As HR Advisor, you will be responsible for:
1. Liaising with internal stakeholders to review policies and procedures
2. Dealing with disciplinary and grievances, attending any meetings to advise on the correct course of action
3. Assisting with training and development
4. Recruitment, shortlisting, and selecting
5. Managing the appraisal policy
6. Coordinating HR projects
The Successful Applicant
1. Previous HR knowledge from within a busy department
2. Managing multiple personnel streams and cases at any one time
3. CIPD Level 3 or 5 or similar qualification
4. Accuracy in personnel files
5. Experience with HR software and systems

£30-32,000
5 days a week in the office
