This is an exciting opportunity to support the Head of Marketing and help shape the marketing strategy, collaborate with teams across multiple regions, and drive brand growth in both retail and e-commerce channels.
The Role:
This role is for an experienced and motivated Marketing Executive to lead and manage a variety of marketing activities. From content creation and social media management to digital campaigns and event coordination, you will take ownership of the marketing function and work closely with internal teams to deliver impactful, multi-channel campaigns.
The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the company’s digital presence, optimizing the customer experience across all touchpoints, and identifying new opportunities for growth in a fast-paced and competitive industry.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and drive sales across online and in-store channels.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to create and implement brand strategies for both the company and its own-brand products.
* Plan, execute, and maintain the marketing calendar, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of activities.
* Manage the company’s digital marketing efforts, staying ahead of trends and ensuring best-in-class performance across all platforms.
* Coordinate the creation and deployment of marketing content and assets, ensuring consistency and quality.
* Evaluate and optimize the end-to-end customer journey across multiple channels to enhance engagement and conversion.
* Lead the marketing efforts for product launches, reviewing and refining strategies to ensure success.
* Expand the company’s social media presence and manage email marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
Requirements:
* 1-year minimum industry experience.
* Proven experience in a fast-paced marketing environment, with a strong background in both traditional and digital marketing.
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
* Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
* Experience with Google Analytics and the ability to analyze performance data and report on key metrics.
* Strong commercial awareness and a focus on driving business growth through effective marketing strategies.
* A degree in marketing or a related field is desirable but not essential for candidates with relevant experience.
