About the role -
1. Receiving deliveries using ERIKS computer systems to log deliveries received. Ensure the correct items were received with the expected standard of quality
2. Allocate goods to correct shelf or correct person dependent on order type.
3. Stock checking - counting stock as appropriate following a yearly, monthly or weekly plan. Accurately enter data using customers computer system. Check for accuracy in shelf to sheet correlation. Analyse results and correct any discrepancies.
4. Expediting orders ensuring our suppliers stick to their quoted delivery dates. Communication with suppliers by phone or email to keep our records up to date.
5. Effective ordering of stock items via our in-house system
6. Responding to client enquiries and requests
