Sales Development Representative – Remote - £43,000 - £46,800 +£20,000 Target Related Commission (English & German Speaking)
Sales Development representative required to join an international Software business. You would be reporting into the VP Marketing, you will be working closely with global marketing and sales teams to help reach revenue goals. If you are ready to take the lead and contribute to our success whilst progressing in a fun, exciting and supportive environment this would be a great option.
This role is based in the UK and requires bi-lingual fluency in English and German. Territories covered include UK, Ireland and the DACH region so Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for identifying and creating new pipeline opportunities for account executives
* Focus on outbound prospecting and managing inbound leads, utilizing a variety of sales prospecting tools, to facilitate discovery calls with prospective accounts.
* Utilize various methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, video, and networking to engage with potential customers.
* Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to develop and implement effective outreach strategies.
* Conduct thorough market research to identify potential target accounts and leads.
* Initiate conversations with potential customers and maintain relationships through regular communication and personalized outreach.
* Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for AEs.
* Effectively utilize CRM system and other sales prospecting tools to track activities, campaigns, leads, and follow-up calls.
* Effectively partner with AEs for the transition of leads into opportunities.
* Provide internal feedback on lead quality and outreach effectiveness to help refine processes and messaging.
* Observe and demonstrate company’s Core Values.
What do you need?
* At least three years of experience as a BDR or SDR for an enterprise software company
* Fluent in English and German
* Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and sales prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, Cognism, HubSpot, Outreach, Vidyard, and Gong
