People Administrator (Fixed-Term, Part-Time – 6 Months) Hybrid – Home-Based & Club Visits ⏳ 30 Hours per Week Fixed-Term Contract (6 Months) Join Our Team & Make a Difference We’re looking for a People Administrator to support our People Team in delivering an efficient and engaging HR service. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and attention to detail who enjoys working in a dynamic environment. This is a hybrid role, with a mix of home-based work and time spent in our clubs,(local to you) supporting our People Partners. What You’ll Be Doing: ✔ Supporting the People Partners with HR administration tasks. ✔ Managing employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance. ✔ Coordinating Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) checks. ✔ Handling administration for the recruitment process, including onboarding new starters. ✔ Ensuring all right-to-work documentation is in place before start dates. ✔ Providing excellent customer service to employees and managers. ✔ Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and company policies. What We’re Looking For: Strong administrative experience, ideally in HR or a people-focused role. Highly organised with great attention to detail. Confident using IT systems and handling confidential data. A proactive team player who enjoys working with people. Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
