Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is the operational name of Aneurin Bevan University Local Health Board. The Health Board was established on the 1st October 2009 and covers the areas of Blaenau Gwent, Caerphilly, Monmouthshire, Newport, Torfaen and South Powys.

Please be advised that there is a temporary top-up for Bands 2 and 3 to reflect the incorporation of the top-up to the living wage of £12.60 per hour - £24,638 per annum.
This temporary top-up will be in place until the annual pay uplift for 2025/26 is confirmed.

Job Overview
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen within The Digitised Health Records Services to be part of the team based at Online House, Cleppa Park in Newport. This is a new role within the service and you will need to be able to lead and be responsible for sub-projects which will enable the service to implement and increase the throughput of digitisation of Health Records to other departments and directorates. This is a busy but supportive team, and we are looking for individuals who have:

Advert
* Responsible for co-ordinating the scanning and digitisation of physical health records from across Aneurin Bevan University Health Board Mental Health, Community, Family & Therapy service, and other services.
* Overseeing and implementing agreed health record scanning plans within the Health Records Service.
* Planning and allocating workloads.
* Ensuring the accurate and timely scanning of patient records into the Electronic Document Management System, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
* The postholder will work to defined standards and operating procedures; the Manager will be available for reference when required.
