WEEK 1: SUN 09:30-17:30, MON 07:00-15:00, TUE 07:00-15:00
WEEK 2: MON 07:00-15:00, TUE 07:00-15:00, FRI 07:00-15:00
Purpose:
* Deliver a great shopping experience for customers, prioritizing customer needs.
* Champion new ways of working within stores through an open mindset and positive attitude.
* Complete tasks and processes that deliver ‘best in town’ standards.
* Serve and sell across all channels effectively.
* Act as the voice of the customer to help improve services.
Key Accountabilities:
* Dress and style mannequins to agreed standards for each launch and throughout the season.
* Deliver seasonal window implementations.
* Maintain ‘best in town’ standards through presentation, VM principles, and store cleanliness.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure correct implementation of POS each season.
* Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points.
* Utilize digital tools and communication channels effectively.
* Share customer and colleague feedback to enhance services.
* Support colleagues in building skills and confidence.
* Own personal learning and development through digital learning solutions.
* Know daily sales targets, priorities, promotions, and selling opportunities.
* Possess strong product knowledge to sell and recommend products and services.
* Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs and make recommendations.
* Understand store priorities and your role in achieving them.
* Complete tasks efficiently and in line with SOPs.
* Minimize costs and waste through good practice.
* Follow safe and legal working practices.

* Comprehensive knowledge of customer shopping channels.
* Good level of product knowledge and services across the store.
* Up-to-date knowledge of the commercial operation and best practices.
* Good digital capability and use of digital tools and applications.
* Understand customer needs and identify selling opportunities.
