Hours: Morning Shifts (part-time/full-time options available)
Are you a compassionate, reliable person who loves helping others start their day with a smile? We have an exciting opportunity for a Morning Care Assistant to join our amazing team at Home Instead Oxford and support our wonderful clients across Oxford, Kidlington, Witney, and Carterton.
As a Morning Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that our clients enjoy a smooth, positive start to their day. If you're passionate about making a difference, building relationships, and bringing joy to people’s lives, we want to hear from you!
What will you be doing?
1. Personal care : Assist with morning routines such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, helping clients feel refreshed and ready for the day ahead.
2. Companionship : Engage in meaningful conversations and provide emotional support to ensure clients feel valued and connected.
3. Help with daily tasks : Prepare breakfast, assist with medication reminders, and ensure a clean, safe environment to help clients remain independent.
4. Accompany clients : Help with outings, including walking, running errands, or going to appointments, depending on the needs of each client.

15. Ability to work independently and responsibly
16. No experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to get you started
17. A full, clean driving license and access to a vehicle is desirable
