c£70,000 / £80,000 Plus Bonus and Benefits Package
Successful surveying firm in Birmingham are looking to recruit a senior level hire as a Manager.
The role will sit within the senior management team and will offer someone the opportunity to play an integral role within the business in mentoring others.
You will be confident and enjoy providing ideas and suggestions to lesser experienced staff members, offering technical solutions and generally taking on a position of overseeing junior members of a growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to perhaps steer their career down a more managerial route.

Overall tasks will be to lead others, and to report on performance and workflow, whilst overseeing and managing projects.
Candidates will need to be Chartered (essential) and ideally have some level of experience in managing other people so that this isn't completely new.
On offer will be a competitive salary plus bonus (circa 10%) and other company benefits.
