As Data Selections Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders to create and deliver effective communications journeys across supporter audiences. This will involve taking responsibility for building and delivering complex data selections as well as personalised and dynamic communications. You will aid data-driven decision making across WWF-UK by creating dashboards and supporting self-service reporting through our data visualisations tools too. Important will be the ability to ensure that the quality and integrity of data held and supplied is maintained to the highest standard. You will also help users of the supporter database across the organisation via our Data Services helpdesk and training sessions as needed. We’re looking for someone with: Experience of multi-channel campaign selections & automated supporter journeys. Experience of using Apteco FastStats & PeopleStage tools to deliver communications journeys. Experience of using data visualisation tools like Power BI or Apteco’s Orbit. Experience of providing information and advice internally/externally. Experience of managing effective relationships with key users/suppliers internally/externally. Practical knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint & flexibility to learn new IT systems & applications Good communication, interpersonal & time management skills.
