Our client, an award winning multi-disciplinary design, property and construction consultancy, now seek a Senior / Associate Building Surveyor to join their growing team in Bromley. Due to a strong pipeline of exciting projects, they now require the Building Surveyor to help support the increased workload in their residential team focusing on project-based works on high rise residential projects.
As they are a multi-disciplinary consultancy, they also work across the commercial, education and housing sectors, as well as working for both private sector and public clients. Therefore, there would be exposure to a range of other projects also.

1. Undertaking a range of building surveying and project management duties, including: Contract AdministrationProject based worksEmployers Agent workTechnical Due Diligence and leadProject managementLiaising with other disciplines
2. Other building surveying duties to be discussed as required
Senior / Associate Building Surveyor Position Requirements
3. MRICS qualified or close
4. Degree or relevant qualification
5. Minimum of 4 years' experience with another consultancy
6. Based locally or within commuting distance of Bromley
7. Residential project experience is be ideal but not essential
8. Project based works and contract administration experience is ideal
Senior / Associate Building Surveyor Position Remuneration
9. Salary: £45k - £75k (DOE - Guide only)
10. Hybrid working
11. 25 days holiday + Christmas shutdown
