The Sycamore Church of England Trust HR Operational Lead Working Hours : Full Time, Full Year (37 hours per week, all year round). Salary: 40476 - 42708 (Grade 12 SCP 31 33) Contract: Permanent. Required From: 22nd April 2025 (negotiable) Reports to: Director of Operations Trustees are seeking to appoint an experienced and qualified HR professional to deliver a comprehensive in-house HR service that is aligned with the needs and priorities of The Sycamore CE Trust. As HR Operational Lead, you will be responsible for the delivery of strategic objectives in a trust where staff are our greatest asset. Modelling our ICARE values, you will manage and deliver day to day HR operations ensuring support is provided for Headteachers, senior leaders, and staff across the Trust in the application and implementation of all HR policies and procedures. You will have a proven track record of handling a range of employee relations issues and a strong knowledge and understanding of employment law and regulations. To excel in this role, you will have great communication and interpersonal skills and be able to quickly build trusted relationships with both internal and external partners and stakeholders.
