Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Private Travel Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for planning and managing travel arrangements for executives, VIP clients, and key stakeholders. You will ensure seamless travel experiences, provide exceptional customer service, and handle last-minute changes with professionalism and discretion. Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the point of contact for clients, delivering a high-touch, concierge-style service.
2. Plan and coordinate private travel, including special requests and onboard preferences.
3. Ensure all travel arrangements comply with visa, passport, and security requirements.
4. Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive travel information.
5. Monitor travel advisories and adjust plans accordingly to minimise disruptions.
6. Provide support for urgent travel changes or issues.
7. Keep detailed records of travel preferences, bookings, and expenses.
8. Offer personalised customer service, ensuring each journey exceeds client expectations.
9. Regularly check in with clients before, during, and after their charter to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience.
10. Build and maintain a portfolio of clients, fostering long-term relationships and repeat business.
What We're Looking For
1. Experience in travel coordination.
2. Knowledge of international travel regulations, visas, and logistics.
3. Proficiency in travel booking systems and itinerary management, and CRM software.
4. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and last-minute changes with professionalism.
5. Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong client relationships.
7. High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Please be aware that this role is fully based at our Southport Office and is 37.5 hours per week and is easily commutable from the surrounding areas of Southport, Ormskirk and Liverpool. Hybrid or remote working is not offered.
