Pharmacy Manager (12-Month Fixed Term Contract) in Macclesfield Location: Private Hospital, Macclesfield Contract Duration: 12 months (Maternity Leave Cover) Salary: £52,200 per annum Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, plus on-call duties Job Description: Trident Healthcare are seeking an experienced and dynamic Pharmacy Manager to join our private hospital in Macclesfield on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our pharmacy services. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the hospital pharmacy. Manage and lead the pharmacy team, ensuring high standards of service delivery. Collaborate with consultants and attend multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Provide expert pharmaceutical advice to healthcare professionals and patients. Manage the procurement and supply of medications and pharmaceutical products. Requirements: Must have hospital pharmacy experience. Proven leadership and management experience. Experience in dealing with consultants and attending MDT meetings. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
