1. Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and internal applications, troubleshooting issues for staff via phone, in person, or online.
2. Log and track incidents, escalating complex issues to 2nd or 3rd line teams and external providers where necessary.
3. Collaborate with 3rd parties to resolve technical issues.
4. Carry out hardware and software installations, configurations, and updates.
5. Assist in managing IT service desk operations in line with internal standards.
6. Create and maintain troubleshooting documentation.
7. Provide basic IT training and support to staff, including remote assistance.
