Provide a high level of clinical expertise in the assessment and care of patients presenting with mental health problems and self-harm in collaboration with other members of the Liaison Psychiatry Service. Ensure that care is based on the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation, and evaluation of programmes of care that identify priorities and realistic goals and involves patients, their relatives and the multidisciplinary team.
