The Product Specialist, Inside Sales Representative, will support the overall development and growth initiatives for Kemco’s Aftermarket business segment with a focus on spare, replacement and upgrade parts solutions.
Your Responsibilities Will Be:
1. Maintain, develop and expand relationships with existing customer portfolio.
2. Grow Industrial Solutions portfolio to achieve and exceed bookings and revenue targets through outbound and inbound call activities.
3. Build and maintain a balanced funnel of sales prospects to drive bookings and grow revenue.
4. Collaborate with Engineering and Outside Sales on new product applications and cross sell opportunities.
5. Provide customer support via the web (click to chat) and by phone.
6. Consult with customers on current and future projects.
7. Quote prices and manage quote follow-up activities.
8. Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services to provide accurate and detailed information to customers.
9. Other job duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
1. High School diploma or GED.
2. 3-5 years of customer service experience in the industrial manufacturing.
3. Strong computer skills including Microsoft office.
4. Familiarity with ERP Systems, preferably D365.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. 1-2 years of sales experience in the industrial manufacturing.
2. Systems Integration with a focus on process analytics would be helpful.
