Hybrid working - required to be at Bupa Place weekly with flexibility to work from home

Salary: £48,000 per annum plus 10% management Bonus
Working in Bupa Health Clinics, you’ll play a key part in delivering our Remote Primary Care Services, supporting clinicians and operational services to deliver exceptional standards of Customer Service and World Class patient care.
The role
The Service Operations Manager will be accountable for leading and managing a range of Clinical services to ensure performance is optimised, and clinical governance processes are adhered to, in line with CQC standards and Bupa Policies.
The Service Operations Manager will be accountable for driving and improving operational performance across multiple service lines, in line with Key Performance Indicators and commercial targets. As a leader, you will have the autonomy to make decisions, using your own initiative, to drive successful performance and create a culture of continuous improvement.

* Strong operational Management experience/background in a remote setting
* Experience of working in a Health care setting
* Transferable skills so can hit the ground running.
* High Level of confidence and skill
* Working currently in Operational Management
* Leadership skills
* Proven experience of developing high performing teams.
* Experience of delivering continuous improvement.
* Problem solving skills.
* Able to manage various projects and a high workload.
* Deliver to our objectives that we are aiming for.
* Great understanding of financial awareness
* Budget management
* KPIs & Operational objectives around targets and profit margins
* Experience of managing a remit of approx. 100 staff including 5-7 team managers reporting directly into the Service Delivery Manager

* Accountable for driving day to day management of operation.
* Delivering continuous improvement initiatives to develop services.
* Experienced within health/social care environment.
