Global Water Solutions (GWS) is seeking a self-motivated and results-driven National Specification Sales Manager, to join our committed sales team with a focus on our Quatreau Multi-Function Smart Tap range of products. Our product range includes the Quatreau Smart Tap, Quatreau Touch Tap, Quatreau HydreauBar, and GWS One Stop Plus Anti-Lime Scale system and our Reverse Osmosis systems. We are looking for a team player and results-driven professional with specific experience gaining Specification of products amongst Consultants/Contractors, Healthcare/Hospitality/Facilities Management/Kitchen Designers, and ideally with success in the Multi-Function Smart Tap segment. Having strong business ethics and with a solid proven record of exceeding Specification sales and customer satisfaction, you will relish taking a hands-on approach and be open to extensive UK and Irish travel. The National Specification Sales Manager will report directly to the UK General Manager. This is a home-based position with extensive travel across the UK and Ireland, depending on business needs. The role offers flexibility while requiring a proactive, field-based approach to client engagement and specification development. Your Responsibilities: The position includes the following responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company targets and objectives Manage full specification of the Quatreau Multi-Function Smart Tap range of products and GWS Water Enhancement range. Collaborate with R&D, sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure specifications align with product development goals Liaise with current customers to increase sales prospects and planning of approaches to gaining Specification of Quatreau/GWS ranges. Organize presentations and product training with customers, and attend exhibitions where necessary Provide regular reports to the UK General Manager on sales performance, forecasts, and key metrics Manage and optimize the sales budget effectively, ensuring a high return on investment Analysis of the market, competitors and data relating to consumer habits and needs in the Consultants/Contractors, Healthcare/Hospitality/Facilities Management/Kitchen Design channels. Requirements: University/College Degree/Diploma, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Business Management or related fields. Proven minimum 4-5 years of prior sales experience, with special focus on the UK/Irish market and the Consultants/Contractors, Healthcare/Hospitality/Facilities Management/Kitchen Design channels. Technical knowledge of high-end consumer/commercial goods and water treatment products is a plus. Strong teamwork and organisation skills and ability to work on your own where needed Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Problem solving with an entrepreneurial spirit and customer focused approach.
