Location: Home–based with customer travel and monthly visits to company site. Car allowance provided.
Key Responsibilities:
– Sales Strategy:
– Develop and execute effective strategies for new business growth.
– Identify and target new opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
– Industry Expertise:
– Utilise extensive experience in electronics manufacturing to propose tailored solutions.
– Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and the competitive landscape.
– Client Relationship:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision–makers.
– Act as a trusted advisor, offering technical expertise and guidance.
– Collaboration:
– Work closely with cross–functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
– Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address client needs.
– Negotiation:
– Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts.
– Ensure terms align with company objectives and standards.
Skills required:
– Proven sales experience in contract electronics manufacturing or electronic kitting.
– In–depth technical knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes and components.
– Demonstrated success in client relationship building.
– Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
– Valid driver's license: willingness to travel as needed.
