A great opportunity for an experienced and motivated Executive Assistant to join a leading professional services team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of fee earners, ensuring the smooth running of the department and contributing to the overall success of the team.
Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, preparing and formatting documents, maintaining and organizing files, handling correspondence, and supporting the team in various administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing direct support to a team by scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
* Preparing and formatting documents.
* Maintaining and organising files, both electronic and hard copy, ensuring all documents are up to date and easily accessible.
* Handling correspondence, including emails and phone calls, responding to inquiries as appropriate and directing them to the relevant team member.
* Supporting the team in various administrative tasks.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience as a Secretary/Administrator.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* A pro-active approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of initiative.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
