Hays Belfast are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client in their search for a Site Manager for initially a fantastic upcoming local project in the greater Belfast area with future works secured. Your new role
They are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team for fantastic local projects, with the initial project being new build housing in the Belfast area. In this role, you will work closely with and report to the Project Manager on site, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily site operations, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and maintaining strict adherence to health and safety regulations while ensuring project completion within timeframe & budget. This role includes no UK travel.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need to hold all relevant tickets associated with being on site (SMSTS, CSCS, CSR, SSSTS). You must have significant experience at a similar level, demonstrating your ability to manage complex conversion and refurbishment projects. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential while also having a health & safety-first mindset towards all work you are involved with.
