As our Roadside Assistant Mechanic, you will assist our customers with mainly tyre and battery related breakdowns. With your empathetic approach, you’ll ask the right questions, explain your solutions clearly, and ensure they can get back on the road swiftly. Rain or shine, day or night, you’ll be there—ready for anything. And it’s not just about the technical know-how; it’s about connecting with people.
You’ll be part of a tight-knit, supportive team, providing exceptional service and making a real impact in people’s lives.

Salary: £44,000 OTE
Basic Salary: £28,550

You’ll need:
* Preferable but not essential: NVQ 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with appropriate experience.
* It’s essential that you have a full category B driving licence, with 6 points or less. If you don’t also have category BE (towing) we’ll fund it for you.
* To be happy working shifts, which could include evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
* You will be content working independently, as well as collaborating as part of a team, driving to different locations in all weathers.
* A clear communicator. You can explain things to your customers in a way that makes them aware of what's going on and reassures them that their needs will be met.
